In order to enrich staff's office life, cultivate everyone's cooperation ability, enhance the tacit understanding between employees, at the same time, promote the communication between departments, improve enterprise cohesion. The company held the "Team Building, Dream Flying" fun activity on November 23.2016. In the course of the competition, the staff actively participated in activities , gave full play to team collaboration, showed excellent quality of themselves and good corporate culture atmosphere of the company.
  First of all, the chairman delivered a speech focusing on the theme of work hard, happy life .
  Activities started, people were divided into four groups by drawing playing cards, each group had one team leader and name. Group one: Challenge team, team leader: Zhao Jing, Group two: Dream team, team leader: Yang xusheng, Group three: Langya team, team leader: Lv Ziyan, Group four: Dark Horse team, team leader: Pan Lin. The game used Points, the group with the most points at the end would win.
  There were five activities: Clap at 7, Qunlongqushui, Ugly Duckling Race,Qiuxingwanli, Shuttlecock Kicking:
 1. Clap at 7 depended mainly on response capacity, the fastest five people at Bondely, Cui Chang, Yang Xuejiao, Pan Lin, Liu Yinghui won, the winning team Langya team gained 5 points, the other three teams gained 3 points respectively.
 2. Qunlongqushui opened players' mind, let them understand that any innovation would be limited by resources, improved teamwork, Dark Horse team won the game relying on teamwork.
 3. Ugly Duckling Race was full of fun, attracted each team to seize every minute and second to compete against each other towards the end, Dark Horse team advanced bravely to won.
 4. Qiuxingwanli let everyone realize effective coordination, cohesion, and self-control was very important, work together for the common goal of the team. Dark Horse team and Challenge team dribbled the most balls, tied for first.
 5. In the Shuttlecock Kicking game, Liu Huan from Challenge team did well and helped Challenge team win easily.
 Time flew fast when we were having fun, the event was drawing to a close when the five games ended.  Black Horse team won the first place with a commanding lead, each of its members Pan Lin, Li Dongwen, Li Maolin, Tao Min, Han Bing, Song Dandan, Chen Zhaofang earned a box of imported Russian powder; Challenge team pulled the score closer in the last two rounds of the game and won the second place, each of its members Zhao Jing, Hong Desheng, Liu Huan, Liu Yinghui, Ding Cuiyan, Zhang Tiguo, Liu Xiaofeng earned a barrel of imported Russian sunflower oil; Langya team and Dream team tied for the third place.
 Qingdao Bondely "Team Building, Dream Flying" fun activity finished in laughter and happiness. The game content of this activity was very targeted, every game embodied the importance of teamwork, the spirit of teamwork was particularly important, whether it's a company or a department. Team members cant not be chosen by us, so it is likely that there will be uneven performance among the members of the department, which requires a very strong team spirit, only in this way can we accommodate, understand and trust each other. As the saying goes "when people work with one mind, they can even remove Mount Taishan", learn to cooperate with others, demonstrate team spirit, only when we all  work together towards the same goal can we make the best of things.
