1. They are applied to the pipe network system whose transmission medium temperature is not higher than 120℃, accidental peal value is not higher than 140℃ and working pressure is not more than 2.5Mpa. Polyurethane thermal insulation pipes can work for at least 30 years continuously under the environment of 120℃.

2. The products are widely applied to the fields of heating and cooling, anti-corrosion and thermal insulation pipes engineering in the field of crude oil transportation. 

Production capacity

1. 5 polyurethane prefabricated directly buried thermal insulation pipe production lines, and they can produce 7000km DN20-DN1600mm polyurethane thermal insulation pipes each year;

2. 2 'one step' workmanship polyurethane prefabricated directly buried thermal insulation pipe production lines, can produce 3000 km DN30-DN300mm one-step polyurethane thermal insulation pipes each year.

Note: φ159, 3m/min, 8h each shift, each shift can produce 1440m; φ76-89, 5m/min, 8h each shift, each shift can produce 2400m;

3. The yearly production capacity of polyurethane prefabricated directly buried thermal insulation pipe fittings (elbows, tee joints, reducer pipes, fixed knots, etc.) is 10,000 pieces each year, and the production range is DN20-DN1600mm.

1. The thermal insulation is good, the thermal loss is low, the thermal loss is only 25% of traditional pipes, a great amount of resources can be saved and the energy costs can be decreased significantly when running for a long time;
