The company has 2 steel sheathed steel steams thermal insulation pipes production lines, and can produce 1000km DN20-DN1200mm various steel sheathed steel prefabricated directly buried steam thermal insulation pipes each year.

1.  Epoxy coal tar paint is  a kind of  bi-component long-acting heavy anti-corrosion coating made by advanced technology and equipment, adding chlorosulfonation polyethylene rubber of long life type which is universally acknowledged by China and other countries, mica iron oxide, other corrosion-resistant color materials, special additive and active solvent and other materials to the traditional epoxy coal tar coating.

2. Epoxy coal tar paint thermal insulation pipes have the characteristics that water absorption is low, water resistance is good, microorganism erosion resistance is strong, and penetration resistance is high.

3. They are high temperature and high pressure resistant, have good stability, and are applied to the medium temperature of 350℃ and the pressure of 1.6 Mpa;

4. Service life is long, and can reach 25 years.
