The company has 2 steel sheathed steel steam thermal insulation pipe production lines, and can produce 1000km DN20-DN1200mm various steel sheathed steel prefabricated directly buried steam thermal insulation pipes each year.

Product advantages

1. Steel sheathed steel thermal insulation pipelines external anti-corrosion adopts: polyurea elastomer spraying doesn't contain catalyst, provides fast curing, can spray up on any curved surface, angular surface and vertical surface, has no flowing phenomenon, is not sensitive to humidity and temperature, has good chemical stability, and because it's an elastic anti-corrosion material, it has very high tensile and shock strength, abrasive resistance and aging resistance.

2. The surface of pipelines is bright and beautiful by adopting polyurea anti-corrosion; it has excellent physical and chemical functions of water resistance, acid and alkali resistance, radiation resistance, oxidation resistance, microorganism resistance, etc.

3. They are high temperature and high pressure resistant, have good stability, are applied to the medium temperature of 350℃, and the pressure of 1.6 Mpa;

 
4. The anti-corrosion capability is strong; the strength of erosion resistant coating is high and not easy to be damaged;

5. Service life is long and can reach 25 years.
